Billing Information

We at TenderCare recommend the following to ensure that your overall experience with our practice is a positive one:

1. Bring your insurance card to each visit.
2. To expedite your visit, you may also fax us a copy of your insurance card at 678-297-0073.
3. If you receive a statement from our practice and you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact our office.

Prompt notification of disputed accounts allow us to solve matters quickly and efficiently.Provide us with your child's name, date of birth, date of service, the matter in question, and a phone number where you can be reached. Your questions will be answered in a timely fashion.

Referral Procedures

If your child is referred to a specialist, a referral may be needed prior to that visit. To expedite the process, you may call us at 678-297-0070.. Please give us your child's name, the name of the doctor your child will be seeing, the doctor's phone number, and the time of your appointment. Our office will call you when your referral is complete. We do ask that you give us 72 hours to process a referral.
