For medical emergencies, always call 911. Otherwise for after hour concerns, call our office to reach either a nurse on call or our physician.  Please remember that most insurances offer free medical advice as well.  This contact number is typically found on the back of your insurance card.

If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly give us a 24 hour notice. Failure to do so will lead to a "no call/no show" fee of $25.00.

We offer same day appointments for our sick patients, but we do ask that you call ahead for an appointment on that day. Offering you an appointment time helps to keep us on schedule and decreases your waiting time in our office.
